THE role - Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator role is essential to the success of our General Administrative team and will be visible to the entire company.  You will be the face of Super Evil Megacorp, greeting all visitors ensuring their experiences with us are nothing but the best.  You will be the go to person to keep the day to day office tasks running smoothly.  You will be our gatekeeper and office mage all in one.  We are looking for an ambitious and talented person to fill this role.  Passion for what you do is a must to survive in our fast paced and aggressively driven culture.  If your dream is to be a part of an epic team and contribute to building a legendary company within the gaming space, then this job is definitely for you.  Join us! 



  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, increasing overall productivity and efficiency

  • Receive and greet guests ensuring accurate check in

  • Support in planning and execution of quarterly company events, both onsite and offsite

  • Assist with creating and installing themed office decorations for various events

  • Assist with booking flights and travel for internal and external clients

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail or packages

  • Intuitively assist in resolving any administrative or facility related hurdles/issues, scheduling service calls for repair when needed. 

  • Complete various company errands that may require you to drive or walk offsite

  • Submit office supply orders for purchase weekly

  • Act as liaison between vendors and Office Manager, providing detailed reports when communicating the need(s) for service or repair

  • Maintain kitchen and break room areas so they are functioning smoothly

  • Maintain current electronic and hard copy filing systems, creating new filing systems when necessary

  • 1-2 years hands on administrative support in a start up environment

  • Macbook savvy

  • Familiar with Vainglory or MOBA genre

  • Creative and crafty
